Refund Conditions:

Refunds of payments made for access to the online webisode may be made in the following circumstances:
a. An automated payment has been taken after you have advised us of cancellation of your subscription, or a payment has been genuinely made in error. For payments made in error we would require evidence that this was so.
b. You have been unable to access the service or data which we had advertised as being available but which was not available during the time your access period was active. Any refund may be restricted to the payment or proportion of any payment made by you to us which would otherwise permit you to use the Services from the date at which your claim arose. We would need evidence of your inability to access the service or the data (including dates and times you were trying to access the service or data). No refund will be made where you have been unable to access the service due to reasons outside our control. We may offer an extension of the access period for which you have paid as an alternative to a refund, but you are not obliged to accept such an offer.

Refunds will not be given where you claim that our services did not provide what you were expecting. We provide a large amount of descriptive detail about our services to ensure that there ought be no uncertainty or ambiguity about what is offered.
