Mainly low impact cardio with intervals using hand weights and ankle weights. Classes 1-5 are mainly cardio with toning intervals. Classes 6 -10 are focusing on pure deep muscle toning and muscle tightening. You can alternate between cardio and pure toning on alternate days for a balanced workout and detailed results. Class 10-20 will have a mixture of cardio and mat toning.
