Classic high tempo HIGH (and some low) impact aerobics at its best. Challenging, sweaty, athletic and fun cardio that will push you in shape whilst burning lots of calories. This 48 minute workout starts with a warm that leads into a gradual low and high impact sequence to get the heart rate up and facilitate as many muscle groups as possible. Athletic routines are build up in a flowing structure and the impact gets higher and higher. You can however easily do the moves in low impact if needed. This class will also give you a thorough arm and shoulder workout.

High impact 2b has warm up and cool down/stretch. You can stream and download the workout right away. The class is yours to keep.
