Just over 45 minutes of high intensity aerobics at its best. This is a class that will push you into shape! No mercy full on cardio that makes you sweat, move and feel fantastic.

The session starts with a thorough warm up and then moves into a brief low impact section followed by high and low impact routines. Simple athletic combos and strong moves that will tone and shape your arms whilst burning fat and calories.
