Targeted inch loss training based on Hamelin's MELT training. High repetition low resistance toning to target the muscles deeply to promote fast tightening and inch loss. Intervals of cardio are blended into the routine to optimise fat loss and cardiovascular endurance. The class is a mixture of mat work, classic isometric muscle training and simple cardio routines to speed up your results and get you in shape FAST.

You will only need a mat for this class.

Do this class 4 to 6 times per week. You can move on to class 3 after a week.
