This workout teaches you the foundation of Hamelin's new inch loss targeted MELT program.

25min warm up and mixed impact CardioTone, weights intervals included. This is followed by almost an hour of MELT targeted toning for the entire body. You will be taken through abdominal exercises, waist exercises, thigh/hip/butt exercises, upper body work and several cardio bursts to maximise the metabolic rate. Stretches are included throughout the entire workout to promote flexibility and tension ease. The cardio portion is energetic and fun. The toning portion is calming, thorough and targeted.

You will need light hand weights, ankle weights, a mat and a chair for this workout.

Do this workout 3-4 times per week to see fast results. If you're in 'desperate' need of toning and fast results do this workout 5-6 days per week.
