This boot camp will be filmed 1st and 2nd of September (first weekend of September), and ready for online release the following week.

All classes are taught by Hamelin.

Day1:
STRUCTURED MELT CIRCUIT
1hr full body focus, combining inch loss targeted toning/strength moves with short cardio intervals. A full written down schedule of the circuit intervals will be included in the mail out. This class will accelerate tightening, inch loss and fat loss whilst improving muscular endurance and deep strength. Light hand weights, mat, ankle weights, jump rope and gliders are needed for this MELT style circuit format.

MELT CARDIO & CORE
Athletic low impact floor cardio taught at medium intensity for optimal fat loss and range of motion. Be prepared to sweat and smile :-)
This workout finishes with a brief Glider core focused segment.


Day2:
STRUCTURED MELT CIRCUIT
Thorough MELT circuit with new moves (not a repeat of Day 1). 1hr full body focus, combining inch loss targeted toning/strength moves with short cardio intervals. A full written down schedule of the circuit intervals will be included in the mail out. This class will accelerate tightening, inch loss and fat loss whilst improving muscular endurance and deep strength. Light hand weights, mat, ankle weights, jump rope and gliders are needed for this MELT style circuit format.

MELT CARDIO & CORE
Athletic low impact floor cardio taught at medium intensity for optimal fat loss and range of motion. Be prepared to sweat and smile :-)
This workout finishes with a MAT abs/core focused segment.
