12 calming Yoga classes with a focused Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga feel. Slow, relaxing and meditative in its approach. Build up your flexibility, create alignment in your body, stretch out any stiffness or tightness and enjoy the relaxed feeling following each of the 12 classes.

Each class has pranayama (creating exercises) and final deep relaxation at the end of each session.

Classes are between 50-60 minutes in length.
